When contacting SportsPro Concept UG (limited liability) (for example via contact form or email), the information you provide will be stored in order to process your inquiry and in case further questions arise.
Integration of Third-Party Services and Content
It may occur that within our online offering, content from third parties, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps maps, RSS feeds, or graphics from other websites, is embedded. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") detect the user's IP address. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the user's browser. The IP address is therefore necessary for displaying this content. We strive to use only content where the respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content. However, we have no influence on whether third-party providers store the IP address, e.g., for statistical purposes. As far as we are aware, we will inform you about this.
Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data managed by us from manipulation, loss, destruction, and unauthorized access. We continuously improve our security measures in line with technological developments.
Legal Basis for Processing
a. If you have given us consent for the processing of your personal data, this consent serves as the legal basis for processing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

c. If processing your personal data is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations (e.g., data retention), we are authorized to process the data according to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
d. Additionally, we process personal data for the purposes of pursuing our legitimate interests and the legitimate interests of third parties in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. These interests include ensuring the functionality of our IT systems, direct marketing of our own and third-party products and services, and the legally required documentation of business contacts. We take into account, in each case, the type of personal data, the purpose of processing, the circumstances of processing, and your interest in maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data.

Deletion of Your Personal Data
We delete your personal data as soon as the purpose for which we collected and processed the data no longer applies. Beyond this, data will only be stored if required by laws, regulations, or other legal provisions to which we are subject, either in the EU or in countries outside the EU, provided an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed. If deletion is not possible in individual cases, the corresponding personal data will be marked in order to limit future processing.

b. If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. The lawfulness of the processing of your personal data up to the point of withdrawal will not be affected by the withdrawal.
