When does the Lausitz-Arena open?
You will have access to the Lausitz-Arena starting at 4:30 PM.
When does the event start?
The main program starts at 6:00 PM.
Am I allowed to bring bags or backpacks?
We recommend leaving large bags at home if possible. Only bags and backpacks up to a maximum size of DIN A4 are allowed. Please note that all bags will be checked upon entry. Larger luggage cannot be brought into the hall.
Are photo and/or video recordings allowed?
Photo and video recordings are permitted for private use only. Please refrain from bringing tripods or photo and video cameras with interchangeable or zoom lenses unless you have explicit permission from the event organizer (e.g., for accredited press representatives).
May I bring drinks with me?
Bringing beverages is only allowed in Tetra Paks of up to 1 liter or in PET bottles with a maximum volume of 0.5 liters.
When does the box office open?
If tickets are still available, the box office will open at 4:30 PM on the day of the event.
From what age do children need to pay for admission?
Children up to and including the age of three are admitted free of charge but are not entitled to their own seat. From the age of four, the purchase of a regular ticket is required.
Is there a cloakroom available?
Please feel free to use our cloakroom on-site: You can conveniently check in jackets and coats there. The storage fee is EUR 2 per item.
Where can I park?
Parking spaces at the Lausitz Arena are limited. At times, the number of cars may exceed the available capacity, which can lead to significant difficulties when arriving by car.
We recommend using public transportation, taking advantage of available services, or allowing plenty of time for arrival and departure if you are traveling by car.
Can I travel to the venue by public transportation?
Please take tram line M3 to the “Sportzentrum” or “Südfriedhof” stop.
Was ist in dem VIP-Ticket enthalten?
Mit Öffnung der Arena ab 16:30 Uhr stehen den VIP-Gästen Kaffee, Tee, Softs und Fingerfood zur Verfügung. Während des Hauptprogramms werden im Bereich der Sitzplätze kostenfrei Getränke angeboten. Nach Ende der Veranstaltung erwartet die Gäste im exklusiven VIP-Bereich ein reichhaltiges Catering.
Wheelchair access
Our event is accessible for people with disabilities. There is an entrance with level access available for wheelchair users. Our team on-site will be happy to assist you and guide you to the reserved seating.
Are food and drinks available for purchase?
At various catering stands in the Lausitz Arena, guests can purchase food and drinks. Payment is possible both in cash and cashless.
When does the event end?
The end of the event depends on the progress of the competition. We expect the event to conclude around 9:30 PM.
